abstract | The present invention provides for a time when a specific response to at least one predictive marker is present in a fertile, non-fertilized egg capable of in vitro maturation (IVM) in mammals and then in vitro fertilisztion (IVF). At least one predictive marker in a mammalian sample. It is particularly useful for determining when fertilized eggs after fertilization, ex vivo maturation with MF-II, can be fertilized and conceived after implantation into mammalian females. This assay is based on a sample selected from body secretions, sputum, blood, urine, uterine secretions and cells. |
