Process for the photostabilization of sunscreens derived from dibenzoylmethane by an insoluble organic screening agent |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for enhancing the stability of one or more dibenzoylmethane derivatives against ultraviolet light, wherein the dibenzoylmethane derivative has an effective amount of 1 in an micronized form, with an average particle size of 0.01 to 2 μm. It consists of combining with at least one insoluble organic UV blocker.n n n The present invention also provides micronized, in the manufacture of cosmetic or dermatological compositions containing at least one dibenzoylmethane derivative, with an average particle size of 0.01 to 2 μm for improving the stability of the dibenzoylmethane derivative to ultraviolet light. To an insoluble organic UV blocker in a modified form. |
