abstract |
The present invention relates to an angiogenesis inhibitor comprising an arginine diimide as an active ingredient, and more specifically, to angiogenesis inhibitory experiments such as capillaries using human vascular endothelial cells (HUVEC) and phosphorus angiogenesis inhibitory efficacy. Arginine diimides purified from Mycoplasma arginini or prepared by genetic recombination using an in vivo assay (CAM) assay and mouse matrigel model It has been shown to have an action to inhibit angiogenesis. In addition, by binding an activated polymer such as polyethylene glycol (PEG) to the prepared arginine diimides has been proposed a method that can effectively inhibit angiogenesis while increasing half-life and antigenicity. |
