abstract |
The present invention relates to a tetrapeptide that inhibits phospholipid D1 (PLD1) activity and a method of selecting the same, wherein the tetrapeptide according to the present invention is selected from the group consisting of tetrapeptides having an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NOs: 1 to 8 (a) from four sets of tetrapeptide libraries comprising tetrapeptides in which any one of the first to fourth amino acid residue positions is fixed to a specific amino acid except cysteine and at which the remaining positions are any amino acid except cysteine A tetrapeptide having a PLD1 inhibitory activity from a partial library comprising tetrapeptides comprising an amino acid residue selected from the primary selection step, and (b) an amino acid residue having a PLD1 inhibitory activity by amino acid residue position; Second screening step After sorting. |
