abstract |
The present invention minimizes the production of sialidase by modifying the sialidase gene of a cell line producing glycoprotein, and uses a specific enzyme for a glycoprotein in which sialic acid is released from the glycoprotein. By recombining sialic acid, the present invention relates to a method for maximizing the content of sialic acid in a glycoprotein to increase the in vivo activity of the glycoprotein. |
