titleOfInvention | A process for the preparation of high foam polyurethan pobymer |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for producing a polyurethane foaming resin having excellent original return force.n n n Polyurethane resins are foamed at once by producing various products in a foamed state using a gas generated during polymerization or by mixing a blowing agent such as Freon. Polyurethane foam products, unlike nylon foam products, has a limit in elasticity, making it impossible to manufacture products that require a high degree of originality.n n n In the present invention, when the polyurethane is polymerized, the polyol is mixed with a fixed amount of pure water, an amine catalyst, and various other catalysts to perform polymerization and foaming. Recovered to produce a polyurethane foam recoverable in its original form.n n n The foamed resin product obtained by the method of the present invention can be applied to various products requiring a high level of resilience and tensile property. |
