The present inventionn n n (a) culturing a prokaryotic cell comprising a prokaryotic-derived signal sequence at the N-terminus and comprising an expression vector encoding a eukaryotic-derived polypeptide comprising two or several cysteines linked by disulfide crosslinking Doing;n n n (b) secreting the expressed polypeptide into periplasm or medium; Andn n n (c) after cleaving the signal sequence, isolating the polypeptide from periplasm or medium, further expressing a nucleic acid encoding a molecular chaperone in the prokaryotic cell and expressing the expressed molecular chaperone.
