The blood collection device includes a sample container 40, a sealing plug 41 and a needle holder 30. The specimen container 40 is made of glass and the outer surface is coated with a polymer material. The needle 21 includes a friction reducing compound. The sealing plug 41 has an internal cavity for receiving the needle and a means 73 for guiding the flow from the distribution cavity to the inside of the sample container. |
