titleOfInvention |
Process for manufacturing of bone graft materials using animal bones |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for producing a bone graft substitute, characterized in that the spongy bone is taken from the bone and removed from the fat and organic matter contained in the bone is produced through a radiation sterilization process. The bone graft substitute according to the method of the present invention has been found to have an excellent effect on the formation of new bone because the structure of the crystal is not modified and its shape is well maintained, and it is biocompatible without inducing rejection when applied in vivo. |
