titleOfInvention | Adhesive composition and method for producing it |
abstract | A substantially transparent adhesive composition for hard tissue and a method of making the same are provided. The adhesive composition exhibits good adhesion to hard tissues, in particular both enamel and dentin, and has the advantage of improved bonding durability, especially in water. It is (a) a water-insoluble and acid-containing acid having an alkylene group having 8 to 25 carbon chains, at least one hydrocarbon group selected from alkyl groups having 8 to 25 carbon chains and aromatic groups, and / or salts thereof in the molecule. A polymerizable monomer containing a group, and (b) water, and has a pH of 1.0 to 6.0. (a) a water-insoluble and acid-containing polymerizable monomer having at least one hydrocarbon group selected from alkylene groups having 8 to 25 carbon chains, alkyl groups having 8 to 25 carbon chains and aromatic groups in the molecule, ( b) it is prepared by mixing a polymerizable monomer containing an acid group with a basic compound capable of forming a soluble salt, and (c) water to obtain a mixture having a pH of 1.0 to 6.0. |
