Sliding parts with excellent performance in seizure resistance and the making process |
abstract |
It improves the welding resistance (stretching) of the machine part which has a sulfide type solid lubrication film on a sliding surface.n n n The welding resistance is improved by setting the surface roughness Rmax of the sulfide-based solid lubricating film and the metal member interface before sliding to 1 µm or more. The sliding member is an aqueous solution of one or more kinds of alkali metal or alkaline earth metal thiocyanate or thiosulfate dissolved in an electrolyte solution, immersed a steel member whose surface roughness is adjusted in the electrolyte solution, and the steel member is an anode. It is obtained by electrolytic treatment by forming an iron sulfide-based film on the surface of the steel member using the Fe component of the steel flux of the member and the S component of the liquid flux as a reactant. |
