titleOfInvention | Pectin manufacturing method from peels of mandarine, apple, orange, lemon and the like |
abstract | The present invention relates to extracting and purifying a polysaccharide pectin, which is a constituent of a cell wall or an intermediate layer of a peel of tangerines, apples, oranges, lemons, and the like. More specifically, the peels of tangerines, apples, oranges, lemons, and the like are dried and fined. After cutting and hydrolyzing and extracting, it is concentrated using a membrane filter and dried to prepare pectin, and it is secured by acid and alkali treatment to increase the purity by using a solvent again.n n n To this end, in the present invention, dried tangerines, apples, oranges, lemons, etc. are put into an extractor having a mesh network and washed, and then hot water of 90 to 95 ° C. is added to perform hydrolysis. After that, phosphoric acid and hot water are added again and extraction is performed. Membrane filtration is performed to concentrate after extraction, and the concentrated solution is dried to obtain powder pectin. This powder may be commercialized or refined to obtain more diverse functions. NaOH is added to the powder pectin to obtain the desired esterification, neutralized with hydrochloric acid, washed several times with alcohol to increase purity, and dried to obtain final purification. To get the pectin powder. |
