The present invention relates to a method for extracting serotonin, lignan, and flavonoid components that promote bone formation from safflower seeds, wherein the residue obtained by degreasing roasted safflower seeds with nucleic acid is boiled with methanol, filtered and concentrated, followed by diion HP-20 and poly 60%, 80%, and 100% methanol extracts obtained by column chromatography with amide C-200 were subjected to column chromatography and preparative-high-performance liquid chromatography with Sephadex LH-20, and purified pure serotonin, lignan and flavonoids. Ingredients are excellent for treating osteoporosis and fractures. |
