abstract The present invention is a thermoplastic and melt processable and (a) fluidity modification alone or as a blend, having improved melt strength by heating a substantially homogeneous mixture of polyolefin and flowable mass poly (sulfonyl azide) in the same vessel. Improved methods of preparing polyolefins. The process of the invention is particularly applicable to polyolefins, preferably propylene polymers, comprising at least 50 mole% monomers having at least one tertiary hydrogen atom.
