Oral pharmaceutical preparation comprising an antiulcer activity compound, and process for its production |
abstract |
Inert nucleus; An active layer obtained from a single aqueous or hydroalcoholic solution-suspension comprising an active ingredient soluble or readily disintegrating in water and having an antiulcerating activity of formula I, II or III and at least one excipient; And a gastroresistant outer coat layer obtained from a solution comprising an enteric coating polymer and one or more excipients.n n n The method comprises: 1) coating the inert nucleus by spraying a single aqueous or hydroalcoholic suspension-solution; 2) drying the active layer formed during the spraying of the previous step; 3) by coating a charged nucleus by spraying a solution comprising an enteric coating polymer with at least one excipient to obtain a gas-resistant outer coating layer. |
