titleOfInvention | A wastewater disposal apparatus using electron beam |
abstract | The present invention relates to an electron beam wastewater treatment apparatus, the metal thin plate 122 through the air inlet passage 121 for cooling the electron beam (B) and the metal thin plate 122 generated by the electron beam accelerator 120 and irradiated to the wastewater. Even if ozone is generated by reaction with the air introduced along the surface, the air containing the ozone is circulated to the air inlet 121 using the circulator 140 and rapidly cooled by the cooler 130 to cool the metal sheet. By re-joining, the ozone is prevented from spreading to the outside, thereby eliminating the risk of environmental pollution. |
