titleOfInvention | The Removing Method of Aluminum film from Flexible polymer |
abstract | The present invention is a technique for efficiently recycling the soft plastics widely used for the packaging of capsules in medicine, such as flexible PVC. In general, pharmaceutical packaging is mainly used for packaging materials made of soft plastics. At this time, in order to facilitate the use in the packaging phase of the product, an adhesive is added to one side of the soft plastic and an aluminum film is attached thereto. Among the soft plastics used for the packaging of products, soft PVC is a high-purity polymer that has a high possibility of recycling and can be used as a new resource according to recycling technology. Soft PVC and aluminum film are attached by the method of thermal fusion by high frequency induction method using PMMA as an adhesive in the middle, and the modified maleic acid is contained in the gravure printing ink used for printing. As a result, incineration causes waste of resources and air pollution. According to the present invention, soft PVC, PMMA, and modified maleic acid used as packaging materials for pharmaceuticals have compatibility, and when used by melting them, they can be said to have sufficient value as raw materials having high added value. |
