titleOfInvention Witout Discharging Treatment System and Paddy Rice Fertilizer by The Composting Method of Livestock Sewage.
abstract The present invention collects the livestock wastewater discharged from the livestock farm, and after the solid-liquid separation process, liquid urine supplements the aerobic fermentation energy of microorganisms by additionally mixing solid sludge after stirring with organic sludge such as paper sludge in the first pretreatment tank. Satisfies the fermentation conditions by controlling the initial moisture content 60-65%, carbon content (C / N), and breathability by mixing and stirring fly ash such as wood powder, wood chip, incineration residue, and coal ash, which are pulverized waste wood in the stirring tank. The livestock wastewater was discharged without releasing the livestock wastewater by spraying the livestock wastewater on the fermentation bed which produces the high temperature fermentation heat of 70-85 ℃ while gradually feeding the stirring and fermentation system into the third stirring fermentation system. It is about environmentally friendly recycling method that composts in 15 days.n n n By-product compost is a viable complex soil modifier of paddy soils containing soil microorganisms, organic matter, fertilizers (nitrogen, phosphoric acid, and garlic), soil modifiers (silicic acid, lime, and goto) and trace elements, and is therefore subject to the WTO Agreement. This is an environmentally-friendly invention that increases the quality of high-quality rice in preparation for the import of low-priced foreign rice during the endless competition, and recycles the waste resources to reduce the operating cost of the treatment plant compared to the discharge facility after the existing livestock wastewater joint treatment plant. .
