Preservation of oxidase activity in ceruloplasmin using albumin |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for preserving the oxidase activity of an antioxidant functional celluloplasmin by using albumin, and specifically to a celluloplasmin, an acute reaction protein in the blood having an oxidase activity, in distilled water or buffer solution. The present invention relates to a method for preserving the oxidase activity of celluloplasmin using albumin, which can increase its stability by adding albumin during storage in a dissolved state. |
