titleOfInvention A electrolyte for a lithium-manganese secondary battery with enhanced long life span at high temperature
abstract The electrolyte solution for lithium-manganese secondary batteries of the present invention is prepared by containing a non-aqueous organic solvent containing an electrolytic salt that does not decompose to acids at high temperatures. Since the electrolyte solution including the electrolytic salt does not generate an acid material for dissolving manganese ions from the manganese-based active material at a high temperature, the lithium-manganese secondary battery including the same has excellent battery life and stability at high temperature. Examples of such electrolytic salts include LiAsF 6 , LiBF 4 , LiClO 4 , Li 2 SO 3 , LiCl, Li 2 CO 3, and mixtures thereof.
