Recombinant yeast for expressing phytase B gene and the recombinant phytase B obtainable therefrom |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a recombinant yeast for phytase B gene expression and a phytase B enzyme obtained therefrom, wherein the recombinant yeast transformed by a novel gene encoding phytase B protein isolated from Aspergillus picum ATCC16882 is a feed additive. It is effective in mass expression of useful phytase B enzyme. Especially, recombinant phytase B enzyme has excellent thermal stability and acid resistance, so it maintains activity even in hot heat during the feed manufacturing process. There is an excellent effect of maintaining maximum activity even under acidity. |
