abstract The present invention is to provide a method for easily and accurately quantifying the sugar attached to the solid phase by using a hydroxyl group on the surface of the sugar molecule to solve the above problems, using the same. In the quantitative method of the present invention, the reaction conditions are gentle by using an enzyme for separation of sugar and reporter material, and unlike the strong acid and strong base method, no separate pretreatment procedure is required. In addition, the hydroxy group of the sugar may be used as a method of attaching the sugar to the solid phase, thereby reducing mild conditions, preventing loss of sugar, and reducing pretreatment procedures.
