titleOfInvention Organic liquid wastes treatment process and composting method using the rice straw filtration column as a pretreatment process
abstract The present invention relates to a treatment process used for the treatment of sewage or organic liquid waste having a high solid concentration, by using the straw straw filtration column 200 as a pretreatment process for the treatment of sewage or liquid waste, as well as by-products of the overall process as well as by-products. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an organic liquid waste composting method and a high-efficiency treatment process that can produce high quality compost. In order to achieve the above object, the present invention comprises a flow adjustment tank 100, rice straw filtration column 200, anoxic tank 320, aeration tank 330, activated carbon adsorption tank 400. In the flow control tank 100, aeration for the purpose of maintaining the aerobic conditions in the rice straw filtration column 200 and removing odors and homogenization of raw water, the rice straw filtration column 200 is three-stage to prevent clogging and smooth aerobic composting It has a drawer structure. In the straw straw filtration column 200, when the composting of the first stage straw column 230 is completed, the second stage straw column 240 is raised to the first stage straw column 230 and the third stage straw column 250 is the two stage straw column. Raised to 240 and the three-stage straw column 250 is operated by filling a new rice straw. In addition, in front of the aeration tank 330 filled with the aeration tank filter 331, an anoxic tank 320 filled with the anoxic tank filter 321 is similarly conveyed through the internal transport pipe 312 to induce nitrification and denitrification. Organic liquid waste composting method using the straw straw filtration column 200 as a pretreatment facility by placing the activated carbon adsorption tank 400 at the far end of the process to enable the adsorption of phosphorus, which is the biggest disadvantage of the residual solids and deposition growth methods. This can be achieved by providing a high efficiency treatment process.
