titleOfInvention | Gamma-1 and gamma-3 anti-human cd23 monoclonal antibodies and use thereof as therapeutics |
abstract | The present invention relates to monoclonal antibodies which specifically bind to low affinity receptors for human CD23, IgE (FceRII / CD23) and contain human gamma-1 or human gamma-3 constant domains. Such antibodies are useful for regulating or inhibiting induced IgE expression. Thus, such antibodies have practical use in the treatment or prevention of diseases in which inhibition of induced IgE production is therapeutically desirable, including allergic diseases, autoimmune diseases and inflammatory diseases. |
