titleOfInvention Method of inhibiting weeds from growing on a rice field
abstract The present invention relates to a method for inhibiting weed growth in paddy fields, wherein a composition comprising an active substance capable of blocking or absorbing sunlight and a dispersing aid is applied to a freshwater rice field having a lower freshness than that of rice. Alternatively, according to the method of the present invention, it is possible to effectively block or absorb the sunlight reaching the soil layer for a certain period of time, thereby suppressing the growth of weeds in the paddy field while growing rice normally on the water surface.
