abstract The present invention relates to a composition of onitan and a method of manufacturing the same, and to prepare sewage sludge and coal powder powdered from a sewage terminal treatment plant through a pulverizer, respectively, and then weight ratio of dewatered sludge and coal powder is 8: 2.
