| abstract | Multilayer bubbling mat or sheet 30 is mounted to decontamination apparatus 20 or useful as a fire retardant. As a feature of the present invention, the multi-layered forbidden sheet of the present invention comprises a non-formable flexible non-forbidden layer and an unformable flexible forbidden layer comprising a forbidden material, wherein the layers are unitary without the use of auxiliary bonding means.
