In particular, the present invention relates to a combination of a topical adhesive and a substrate that can be used to adhere to the skin of the area to which body fluid is to be absorbed. The combination is firmly attached and has a good feel to the skin when applied and does not cause discomfort when detached. This is accomplished by selecting the chemical composition and flow characteristics of the topical adhesive and the physical characteristics of the substrate on which the topical adhesive is applied. |
