titleOfInvention | Method for the preparation of a rare earth permanent magnet |
abstract | The present invention provides a method for producing a rare earth permanent magnet by a powder metallurgical process, which comprises, unlike the prior art, compression-molding a magnetic alloy powder into a powder compact, and sintering the powder compact into a sintered magnetic body. As a result, the present invention enables the production of densified sintered compacts and magnetic products with improved magnetic properties. The present invention relates to a first partial sintering process performed in an atmosphere of an inert gas at a vacuum and subatmospheric pressure. It is characterized by consisting of a two-step sintering heat treatment process consisting of two partial sintering treatment. |
