abstract | BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a coil bobbin having an enhanced insulation performance for insulating a core of a stator of a motor, in particular a coil of a split stator core. The coil bobbin of the present invention with enhanced insulation performance is divided into two split bobbins 20 and 20 'which are divided into two parts to be joined to each other by covering the protrusions 8a of the core segment 8 constituting the split stator iron core from both sides. And each of the mating portions 24, 24 ', 25, 25' is formed so as to overlap each other in the thickness direction so as not to form a gap. The mating parts are mated in the form of mutually half-joint joints. Therefore, there is no problem of deterioration of insulation performance due to partial gaps in half of the bobbin bobbin, and it maintains a good insulation state at all times, thereby preventing quality failures and electrical safety accidents, thereby improving quality and reliability. |
