Provided is a transformation method of a C3 plant to which the C4 cycle is provided by introducing a plurality of enzymes that contribute to the C4 photosynthesis circuit into the C3 plant. The problem was solved by introducing into the C3 plant a gene encoding a PCK linked to a gene encoding a PEPC and a gene encoding a transgenic peptide. |
