titleOfInvention | Method for molding polytetrafluoroethylene sheet, apparatus and granulation / kneading apparatus |
abstract | A polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) powder imparted with lubrication is compressed into a sheet (110), and between a pair of belt-shaped exit side surfaces running while supporting the opposite surface between belt surfaces narrower than the inlet side surface. By interposed rolling 120, a method and apparatus for continuously and efficiently forming a PTFE sheet are provided. In addition, the PTFE powder imparted by the lubricant to be assembled and kneaded is sandwiched in the gap formed between the opposing surfaces of the pair of resin belts (4, 7), and the running speed difference of each belt and the width of at least one belt. To vibrate in an inclined direction with respect to the running direction of the belt, thereby providing an apparatus which is pressurized by the surface pressure in the resin belt and is assembled and kneaded in a rubbing action. |
