The present invention relates to an x-ray image sensing device, comprising: a photoelectric conversion unit receiving x-ray light to generate a capacity of a storage capacitor of the x-ray image sensing device, and generating charge according to the amount of received light; A pixel electrode contacting an entire area of a first storage electrode, a dielectric layer deposited on the first storage electrode, a second storage electrode on the dielectric layer, and an entire area of the second storage electrode and collecting charges generated by the photoelectric conversion unit; A charge storage unit comprising; Disclosed is an X-ray image sensing device including a switching unit to control emission of charge stored in the storage capacitor. |
