Lipase purified by organic solvent and process for preparation chirality drug using the same |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a lipase enzyme purified with an organic solvent and a method for preparing a chiral drug using the same. The lipase enzyme derived from Candida lugosa is partially purified by organic solvent precipitation to provide an enzyme having high selectivity for optical splitting reactions. Enzymes with high selectivity for optical splitting reactivity are excellent for producing optically pure non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (S) -ketoprofen, (S) -Ibuprofen and (S) -Sprofen by hydrolysis reaction. It works. |
