titleOfInvention | Mineral component reinforced polyphenylene ether thermoplastic resin composition |
abstract | The polyphenylene ether-based thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention is (A) 50 to 95 parts by weight of a matrix resin which is a mixture of 30 to 100% by weight of polyphenylene ether resin and 0 to 70% by weight of a vinyl aromatic polymer, and (B) 1 to 1 Melt-kneading of 0.01 to 2 parts by weight of organic peroxide and 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of an epoxy group-containing reactive monomer with respect to 100 parts by weight of a graft copolymer obtained by graft polymerization of 20 to 99% by weight of an aromatic vinyl monomer to 80% by weight of a rubbery polymer 1 to 50 parts by weight of the modified vinylaromatic graft copolymer prepared by graft reaction, and 5 to 50 parts by weight of (C) the inorganic reinforcing material. The thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention improves the interfacial bond between the resin and the reinforcing material by applying a modified vinyl aromatic graft copolymer to the polyphenylene ether matrix resin and the inorganic reinforcing material, thereby improving mechanical properties such as impact resistance, tensile strength, flexural strength, and the like. great. |
