abstract |
(A) (1) human L chain C region andn n n (2) an L chain consisting of an L chain V region containing a human L chain FR and an L chain CDR of a mouse anti-HM 1.24 monoclonal antibody, andn n n (B) (1) human H chain C region andn n n (2) A reconstituted human anti-HM 1.24 antibody comprising an H chain consisting of an H chain V region which contains an H chain CDR of a human H chain FR and a mouse anti-HM 1.24 monoclonal antibody.n n n Since most of these reconstituted human antibodies are derived from human antibodies and CDRs have low antigenicity, the reconstituted human antibodies of the present invention have low antigenicity and are therefore expected to be used for medical treatment. |
