abstract |
The present invention relates to a photobioreactor capable of mass culturing photosynthetic microorganisms at a high concentration, the outer jacket forming a chamber for containing a microbial culture solution; A vertical inner transparent inner conduit installed in the outer jacket and having an upper and lower ends opened to form a circulation path of the culture solution; An aeration device which communicates with the lower end of the inner conduit to supply air or other gas upward to cause upward flow of the culture solution in the inner conduit; And one or more light emitters installed on the inner surface or the outer surface of the inner conduit so as not to interfere with the circulation of the culture solution and irradiating light energy to the front surface of the culture solution. |
