titleOfInvention | Fermented feed manufacturing method using microbial enzyme |
abstract | The present invention relates to a fermented feed manufacturing method using a microbial enzyme, and relates to a method for producing an animal feed through the fermentation process by adding a microbial enzyme to the stem, grass, livestock stool, industrial fermentation waste of crops.n n n Conventionally, methods for manufacturing fermented feed have been formulated and used in practice, but most of them are manufactured by a separate manufacturing facility using grains, which are expensive and lacking in absolute quantity, as a main material, resulting in low economic efficiency due to rising manufacturing costs due to the use of thermal energy. There was a problem that the livestock industry did not match the profitability.n n n The present invention is to provide a method for recycling agricultural wastes as feed ash, unlike the existing fermented feeds, and mixed with enzymes composed of various species and fermentation accelerators, water, crops, grass, livestock stools, industrial fermentation waste, etc. It is possible to manufacture economical and high quality animal feed by fermenting it in a state left in a certain fermentation period without the need for repeated flipping after sealing in a container. |
