titleOfInvention Field emission indicator
abstract The present invention relates to a field emission display device that is easy to manufacture by forming a gate electrode for electron focusing on an upper panel and to suppress generation of crosstalk. Unlike the conventional field emission display device, the gate and focusing electrodes which focus electrons emitted from the emitter to the phosphor layer are formed on the upper panel, thereby increasing the height uniformity of the plurality of emitters formed on the lower panel. It is possible to precisely adjust, to easily realize the manufacture of the entire display element, and also to form a gate and focusing electrode that focuses the electrons emitted from the actor close to the emitter side, thereby reducing the image quality due to focusing (focusing) error. It is possible to reliably prevent the phenomenon.
