The present invention provides humanized antibodies having specificity for human 4-1BB molecules and autoimmune diseases comprising the same, prepared by transplantation of complementarity determining regions (CDRs) from mouse monoclonal antibodies against human 4-1BB molecules and amino acid substitutions. The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for therapeutic or immunosuppression, wherein the humanized antibodies of the present invention have a high binding affinity for human 4-1BB and have a sequence similar to that of human antibodies.
