Nicotinamide, mannitol, superoxide dismutase, IGF, ITS, VeGF, thrombin, PDGF, IGF-1,2, EGF, linoleic acid-BSA, anti-integrin β1 antibody, matrigel, HGF and NGF Only the required ingredients are added to the medium, and cultured in three dimensions, and fibroblasts are removed to obtain a large amount of mouse pancreatic and human pancreatic islets in three-dimensional shape with no necrosis in the center. Pancreatic islets have an excellent effect of regulating blood glucose without autoimmunity and regenerating pancreatic islets, particularly in the pancreas.
