abstract The present invention provides an epoxy resin curing catalyst which is a carboxylate of bicyclic amidine. The present invention also provides an epoxy resin composition containing a curing catalyst, 15 to 90% by weight epoxy resin; 5 to 80% by weight of curing agent; And 0.2-10% by weight of specific curing catalyst. The epoxy resin composition of the present invention has excellent stability at room temperature and is excellent in curing rate at molding temperature.
