titleOfInvention Method and apparatus for generating random-numbers using a plurality of clock signals
abstract The random number generator generates n (n is an integer greater than 2) voltages by n resistance elements from a predetermined voltage generated by one driving power supply, and the n voltages are individually supplied to n clock circuits. Generate a clock signal of n frequencies. One clock latch circuit latches these clock signals of a predetermined frequency and sequentially outputs n binary data as one n bit value. These sequentially output numbers are random numbers, which are generated based on the relationship between n clock frequencies and one latch frequency, and thus have excellent randomness.
