abstract The present invention relates to a new family of tumor rejecting antigen precursors, and nucleic acid molecules encoding them. Such tumor rejection antigen precursors are termed GAGE tumor rejection antigen precursors, and the nucleic acid molecules encoding them are termed GAGE coding molecules. Various diagnostic and therapeutic uses of coding sequences and tumor rejection antigens, and precursor molecules thereof, are described. Tumor rejection antigens are also described.
