titleOfInvention Method for manufacturing antibacterial and deodorant nonwoven fabric with excellent absorption using chitosan
abstract The present invention is a spray padding or kiss roll (KISS-ROLL) by post-processing an antimicrobial processing solution containing chitosan as a main component in a polypropylene long fiber spunbond nonwoven fabric, a polypropylene meltblown long fiber nonwoven fabric, and a short fiber thermal bonding nonwoven fabric. The present invention relates to an antimicrobial deodorizing nonwoven fabric that binds after application to provide excellent antimicrobial, deodorizing property, moisture retention and deodorization, and is classified into 10 to 15% by weight of chitosan having a molecular weight of 10,000 to 50,000 and represented by Structural Formula (1). Spray padding an antimicrobial processing bath solution containing 2.0 to 3.0% by weight of ammonium salt, 0.5 to 1.5% by weight of a copolymer of polypropylene and ethylene oxide represented by Structural Formula (2), and 80 to 85% by weight of purified water. Or manufacturing method of antimicrobial deodorizing nonwoven fabric with excellent absorbency using natural chitosan characterized in that the padding or impregnation by a kiss roll method It is simple in processing method and low in processing cost. Especially, it is harmless to human body when used for disposable daily necessities such as baby diaper and sanitary napkin, and it has excellent absorption and moisturizing function. .
