titleOfInvention | Alpha-type fermented feed production method for improving feed value of livestock manure |
abstract | The present invention relates to a fermented feed production method for improving the feed value of livestock manure and low quality feed.n n n This fermented feed production method is a mixture of livestock by-products such as pigs, milk, and poultry containing a large amount of nitrogen, minerals, micronutrients, cellulose, hemicellulose and organics, and fine carbohydrates but not digestible fiber and starch. In the storage stage, the feed source is sterilized by insecticide, removes odors, stabilizes, destroys physicochemical cell binding of cellulose, hydrolyzes the enzyme again by enzymes, and converts the glucose and polysaccharides of the glycated feed source into carbon sources. In addition, it selects only microorganisms that synthesize protein, vitamins, fats, etc. with nitrogen and minerals contained in the nutrients, and concentrates them in separate microbial cultivation apparatus by using oil value method and aeration stirring method to produce microbial protein, body fat, vitamins, etc. The method of retaining this in the feed and greatly improving the feed value . |
