titleOfInvention Underwater Sterilization and Disinfection Equipment Using Current Modulation Metal Ion
abstract The present invention is a current-modulated metal that prevents and eliminates the growth of pollutants such as microorganisms, lichens, bacteria, etc., and the formation of scales by mixing metal ions in water corresponding to various structures in which water flows or is stored. The present invention relates to an underwater sterilization apparatus using ions and a method thereof.n n n A feature of the present invention includes: a chamber configured to open at an upper portion thereof so that water flows; A level sensor installed on the chamber to sense the level of water flowing; Both electrode plates installed to be immersed in water flowing in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the chamber; An electrode plate gap adjusting unit installed at an upper side of the chamber to adjust a gap between the electrode plates on both sides; A scale removing unit formed to remove an oxide film formed on the electrode plate while moving upward and downward between the electrode plates; And a control unit for controlling the driving of each of the components.n n n Therefore, according to the present invention, as the spacing of both electrode plates is easily adjusted, the sterilization and disinfection ability is maintained by generating and mixing a predetermined ratio of metal ions corresponding to the amount of water, thereby reducing power consumption and reducing the polarity of the power electrode. The method of periodically applying alternately extends the service life of the electrode plate, facilitates disassembly and assembly of the electrode plate and each component, and easily removes the oxide film formed on the electrode plate.
