titleOfInvention Curing Agent for Organic Lime Fertilizer and Manufacturing Method of Organic Lime Fertilizer Using the Curing Agent
abstract The present invention relates to a curing agent useful for producing an organic lime fertilizer consisting of paper sludge and high earthy lime produced in the papermaking process, and a method for producing an organic lime fertilizer using the curing agent.n n n Manufactured using 35 to 45 parts by weight of powdered paper sludge, 10 to 20 parts by weight of powdered limestone, 30 to 40 parts by weight of limestone, 5 to 10 parts by weight of cement, and 1 to 2 parts by weight of hardener together with 2 to 7 parts by weight of water. Organic Lime Fertilizer is equipped with inorganic fertilizer and organic fertilizer, which can be widely used in various applications. Because it is fully effective, it can save more than 50% of fertilizer than Lime Fertilizer alone. The advantage is that paper sludge can be recycled usefully.n n n When the paper sludge solidifies with cement, the strength of solidified cement decreases because the paper sludge component inhibits the hardening of the cement. It can accelerate the hardening of the cement mixture containing the desired strength can be obtained.
