titleOfInvention Culture medium composition for snow Cordyceps sinensis and its culture method
abstract The present invention relates to a composition and a method for producing a medium which can be cultured easier, cheaper and faster than Snowman Cordyceps sinensis mushroom excellent in anti-cancer effect, immune enhancing and nourishing tonic effect in medicinal mushrooms. Rice bran and by-products, which are by-products of farmhouses, are placed in a mushroom cultivation bottle, and the mixture is stirred and mixed to form a uniform particle size. After inoculating the liquid spawn on the sterilized medium to incubate the mycelia at 25 ℃, the fruiting body of the mushrooms in the culture room in which the temperature is 20 ℃ or less, humidity 95% or more, roughness of about 500 Lux or more Induce. Since all of the above components of artificial Cordyceps sinensis culture medium can be obtained easily and inexpensively, anyone can produce Cordyceps with only a certain facility, and can significantly reduce the yield reduction caused by the price of Cordyceps fungus mushrooms. It is easy to spread and can contribute to rural economic activity.
