titleOfInvention Nitriding treatment apparatus using high frequency induction discharge plasma
abstract The present invention relates to an apparatus for nitriding steel materials using nitrogen plasma, and more particularly, using a high frequency induction discharge plasma for nitriding coil spring-shaped steel materials using plasma generated by high frequency induction discharge. It relates to a nitriding treatment device.n n n According to the nitriding treatment apparatus using the high frequency induction discharge plasma of the present invention, a high density plasma which is a characteristic of the inductive discharge plasma by replacing the antenna required for the high frequency induction discharge with the coil spring to be treated is placed in the same position. It is possible to increase the yield of the process, to control the nitriding treatment by controlling the collision energy of nitrogen ions incident on the sample by applying a direct negative voltage to the high frequency electrode, and by installing an electromagnet around the nitriding chamber to provide magnetic flux to the nitriding chamber. The plasma density can be increased by the plasma confinement effect of the magnetic field and the plasma heating effect by the helicon wave, which is a kind of plasma wave, thereby increasing the yield of the nitriding process.
